The Med Device Rep $100 Gift Card Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by The Med Device Rep, TheMedDeviceRep.com ("Sponsor").
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Individuals directly involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes and their immediate household members are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Sweepstakes begins on August 12, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on August 31, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
There are two ways to enter. No purchase or payment is required.
Newsletter Entry
Anyone actively subscribed to The Med Device Rep email newsletter at 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2026 will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Existing subscribers are automatically eligible and do not need to subscribe again.
New subscribers who subscribe during the Sweepstakes Period will also receive one entry, provided their subscription remains active at the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Free Alternative Method of Entry
To enter without subscribing to the newsletter, use the contact form available on TheMedDeviceRep.com during the Sweepstakes Period and include "$100 Gift Card Giveaway Entry" in your message along with your first and last name.
The entry must be received by 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2026.
Alternative entries have the same chance of winning as newsletter entries.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
Multiple subscriptions, email addresses, or entry methods will not provide additional entries or increase the entrant's odds of winning.
One eligible winner will receive one $100 gift card.
Approximate Retail Value: $100 USD.
No cash alternative will be provided by Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Any taxes associated with accepting or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The random drawing will take place on or about September 1, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with the eligible entry.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and another potential winner may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner is expected to be announced on or after September 1, 2026 through The Med Device Rep website, newsletter, social media channels, or a combination of these channels.
To protect the winner's privacy, Sponsor may identify the winner by first name and last initial unless the winner provides permission for additional information to be shared.
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes.
Individuals who voluntarily subscribe to The Med Device Rep newsletter may receive The Med Device Rep newsletters and related communications and may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
Entering through the Alternative Method of Entry does not require subscribing to The Med Device Rep newsletter or consenting to marketing communications.
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and decisions made by Sponsor regarding administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, manipulation, multiple entries, automated entry methods, or attempts to interfere with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or undeliverable entries or communications caused by technical failures, internet interruptions, email filtering, or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, legal requirements, or other circumstances prevent the Sweepstakes from being conducted fairly or as intended.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its representatives from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited.
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by applicable United States federal and state law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually rather than through a class action.
